Transporter 2
After a long and hard-fought chase with Frank, the bad guys get ahold of little Jack and hold him for ransom. The parents comply with their monetary demands and soon have their son back at home, but little do they know that the boy has secretly been injected with a deadly and easily spread virus, which the terrorists hope to spread to the boy's powerful father and other politicians whom Jefferson will soon be addressing at a public event. An underworld driver, a transporter must save a young boy, his family and government officials from a deadly virus given to them by a mercenary.

Armed with a myriad of gravity (and logic) defying set pieces...January 07, 2006
There is absolutely nothing subtle about "Transporter 2." But if you like your action movies to be ACTION movies, this one is fast-paced, unapologetic escapism.September 06, 2005
Careens wildly off course before finally running out of gas.May 25, 2007
Preposterous!September 03, 2015
Just like its predecessor, this isn't an action film meant to be taken seriously. All you'll need to do is sit back, embrace the absurd craziness and enjoy the ride.October 07, 2006
"Transporter 2" is cheap, shiny, indefensible junk, a Hot Wheels hot rod encased in a glossy plastic blister pack. But come on -- you know you want it.September 26, 2005
Much like a James Bond movie, only more playful and entertaining than that series has managed in many years, Transporter 2 isn't a continuation of the last one, it's another action enterprise unto itself.April 25, 2010
Is a lot of fun, and I enjoyed it in all its ludicrous devices, and idiocy...January 17, 2006
Better than the original.September 06, 2005
Besson doesn't fiddle with the first movie's formula -- impossible car chases punctuated by impossible martial arts sequences.September 11, 2006
Besides a fun script and never-a-dull-moment directing, Jason Statham really deserves praise for his screen presence. Expect mindless action and have a great time.September 10, 2005
In essence, it's more of the same.
