We go back through this drama series to present a wide range of events, where there is a teenager who causes a police raid ending with the death of an American senator. Things may seem wrong but Sandra, with the help of the new investigator Ted, must defend the teenager but Roger is determined to charge the teenager with the fullest degree of law because of the abuse and death of that victim.
